UPDATE .. since writing this review, Dexter from Noli got a hold of me through a phone call and my email. They informed me my package would be arriving in just a few days. They went out of their way to remedy this situation. Thank you Dexter for fixing this problem. . I really don't have any idea as I still don't have the item I ordered. I got a hold of them and they told me the item is on backorder. They did get back to me quickly which I appreciate. But of course I've paid for the item and don't know when I might receive it.

I wrote a review 2 days ago regarding the awful experience I had with the Noli Shop. To my surprise I received an email and a phone call regarding the review. I personally spoke with Dexter who was a delight to deal with. He apologized for the unpleasant experience and assured me they wanted to make things right. As I stated the clothes fit small but the quality is of the utmost satisfaction. Dexter checked my orders and has sent all the necessary packing labels and qr codes for me to exchange. I know my original review was harsh but I must say Noli was persistent in speaking with me regarding the score. I appreciate their attentiveness and care of this matter. I feel they have gone above and beyond for my return status. I'm happy to continue shopping with Noli b/c their clothes are of great quality and more boutique ish, so you're not likely to see anyone in the same pieces, at least here in WV. Thank you again to Noli and Dexter for your exceptional customer service. Linda L.
Great customer service!
I had a shopping and info error with an order on Instagram. Customer service was very responsive and helpful in quickly correcting my details to resolve the issue that I could not seem to fix. I tried the company for the first time several months ago and have been very happy with all of my purchases so far except a pair of leather like pants that did not fit right.
I love the quality and style of Noli but check for sizing
I love the quality and style of Noli. My only complaint is that sizes can vary with styles. I wear a 29 in pants and usually they are a bit loose, but recently, I bought a pair of Veronica pants and the 29 is tight. The large shirt I bought (according to the size chart) won’t even fit over my head and I usually wear a medium in tops. But, the quality - wonderful.
