I have asked numerous time the width of one of their belts. They said they would dm me. I responded with name of belt. Never heard back. Have messaged them numerous times no response. Surprised they wouldn't put width of belt in their description.
Good Customer support and good quality merchandise

The is the best clothing outline shop I have ever found. Best clothes. Fit perfect true to size
The original order that I made did not fit me. The return process was easy . I appreciated that there was a suggestion of trying the petite to get a better fit. We shall see. The product is great and the philosophy of the company is exceptional! I will be making future choices. I like the elegant and simple styling .
I am unable to return pants that are too long, only offered the option to exchange or get store credit. There was nothing indicating the pants were “final sale” or special pricing when I purchased them. Completely misleading. I do not recommend buying from them unless you are certain an item will fit.
The clothing from The Noli Shop are show stoppers! From the jeans, the tops, jackets- they are so very well made and anytime I wear my clothes from The Noli Shop (which is alot), they make a statement- people stop me and ask where I buy my clothes! The clothing is extremely high quality and the details are second to none. The Noli Shop offeres amazing discounts as well! I cannot wait to start my winter wardrobe at The Noli Shop!! Highly recommend The Noli Shop- you won't be disappointed! Best Clothing Boutique there is!
Your system refuses to get me through a return.

I love The Noli shop! Probably half of my wardrobe is from them. Good quality, great fit even for a small 5’ tall lady, and great customer service. I’ve just ordered the teal jacket and can’t wait to get it.
