Your Customer Service did not respond to me. The Clothes are great though,
I ordered my item on june 29. Several times the delivery date was changed. We are on the 3rd of August and nothing yet. So I can’t give you more than one star.
This is the second silk tank top I’ve purchased and it is beautiful! It does fit large so I sized down to an XS. It fits perfectly!

Every online business needs to take lessons from this company! From the very beginning I was welcomed & they followed through every step of the way until my purchase was received. Opening my box was such a pleasant surprise. I felt like it was a special gift sent just for me. The care & lovely way they put everything together was such a treat. I love my Aubrey Bootcut Jeans in Ivory with the Gold Buttons on the front of these pants instead of a zipper just add such a classic & more upscale look. The fit is absolutely perfect. They hug me in just the right way yet they're so comfortable. All of their clothes are so beautiful to browse through & they're really catching on in some of the Department Stores as well. Their clothing really does have the classic look. Something that will add to your closet & be able to wear the following year as well. I returned a product that was received by Noli on June 2nd, 2026. No refund yet. I contacted them and they said it was scheduled for refund on 8-1-26. I'm not sure what they are doing with my money for two months or maybe just waiting to see who forgets about their refund, but it doesn't feel right.
I received my order earlier than expected. The fabric is beautiful and the blazer is very well-made. I'm only 5'1" and the medium jacket was wide in the shoulders, and the sleeves were too long for me. The other jacket I ordered, I did order in small so I'm looking forward to receiving that one and hope it fits! The return process on the size medium was very smooth and easy. Correspondence with Noli has been pleasant and quick. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The cut was completely different to the photos advertised. The thigh and leg is very baggy and the waist is small. The material is so stiff it is ridiculous. I cannot find a contact address to return the trousers.

I was genuinely impressed with Noli Shop’s customer service. My original package was either lost or delivered to the wrong address. Within minutes of contacting them, I received a prompt and sincere apology, and they shipped a replacement the very next day. When the jackets arrived, one of them was too small. Once again, their customer service responded within minutes and emailed me a prepaid shipping label so I could exchange it for a larger size. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Noli Shop’s outstanding customer service. They handled every issue quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. On top of that, the clothing is absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
