I tried the wet food first. My dog liked it but I thought it was a little too watery. I am now using the air dried food which my dog likes also. My daughter’s dogs also eat it when here and they seem to like it. My daughter’s dogs are very picky eaters, my dog isn’t, so when my daughter’s dogs ate it without an issue, that is amazing.

Pets Table made everything very easy. Roy has become extremely picky. We were having to put a specific wet food on top of his dry food to get him to eat, it was at one store only their brand. Constantly being sold out and hard to get. It had made him gain weight and at times would cause diarrhea. One time vet had to give meds for diarrhea. My 2 week box I got mixed but I have only opened one box of the wet because he eats the dry just like it is. Thank you Pets Table for making a dry he will eat. I already had a problem because he is allergic to chicken and other dog foods are chicken, chicken, chicken!!!

Our one year-old Labradoodle would not eat any of the kibble food that we bought for her. We purchased some of the most expensive kibble, and she still would not eat it. I was getting worried because at the end of the day she still had most of the food from the morning.
We purchased the pets Table and she eats everything in 5-20 minutes. She loves it.

My dogs are quite selective, yet they appear to enjoy the food. Other brands tend to be inconsistent or resemble leftover scraps. My sole concern is the high price. I had no use for the dish included. Perhaps the packaging could be reduced.

It was easy to enter all my dogs information and set up an autoship order. I love that they do check up emails and let you know how much you should be feeding your dog. My dog loves the food. She will actually eat all of her food in her bowl now.

I have an older dog, and she has become quite the finicky eater. But with the Pets Table using the air dried food, she eats it up and we are able to ensure she’s getting enough protein and nourishment!

The customer support is excellent and I appreciate that. My three chihuahuas completely refuse to eat the freeze dried options, & I now have three bags that are unusable for them. Slowly they have grown to accept the frozen wet as a base as long as i top It with fresh varieties of chopped meat/veg stews. Pet’s Table has smaller portions in their frozen meal packs than Farmer’s Dog, but I do think the smell & texture seems fresher. Overall, I want to look for a better value financially & a service with more fresh food recipes to choose from.

This is the shadiest company I've ever…
This is the shadiest company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They charged my card $150 never refunded my money never delivered anything I sent them emails showing the copy of the cancellation notices. I received confirming I stopped my subscription they still charged my card and over a month later I haven't gotten anything back and they never answer the phone or the chats when they do. They just tell me I'm sorry, but they don't actually send me my refund never seen anything like it.

I love the discount you offered for first time customers. It allowed me to try the food at a very reasonable price. The bags are a great size and perfect for a road trip. My very very picky eater was bored of her FreshPet food. She loves this food and I love how easy it is for my Senior toothless dog to eat it.

I am very disappointed with my experience and won't be ordering again. My starter pack arrived three days late, and by the time it got here, the food was warm and spoiled, so I never even got to let my dog try it.
Trying to get help was even more frustrating than the delivery itself. Every time I emailed, I received an automated "no-reply" response. When I contacted customer service, they would ask a question about my account, but any reply I sent would once again go to a no-reply email. It felt impossible to have an actual conversation with someone who could help. Calling customer service wasn't any better.
Between the late delivery, the spoiled food, and the lack of effective customer support, this was a very frustrating experience. I had high hopes for The Pet's Table, but I'm at the point where I'll be looking for another company instead.

My pup licks the bowl clean every time!
I have tried several different companies that make fresh foods including The Farmers Dog and Blue Wilderness and my dog Skila will only eat the fresh food made by The Pets Table. She loves the Chicken Casserole recipe so much that after she’s done eating she goes back and licks her bowl clean!
I’m SO glad to have finally found a food Skila enjoys eating.

My trainer started our pup on Sundays as a topper. With 2 dogs, we couldn't afford that so, I did some comparative research and found The Pets Table was about the same formulation and a bit cheaper. Your website blows...very difficult to order specifically what I needed. So to make best of it I order the freeze- dried meals through Chewy. You cannot beat Chewys customer service. I've had autoships with them for years. So, your food seems to be a good product for our dogs but, their poops are massive! Cause for concern...maybe. After reading so many of your reviews, I am very happy I chose to use Chewy. In the long run, I believe it is more reliable, much better customer service and probably cheaper through their autoship program. I think you have a good product but your website and customer service leave a great deal to be desired. Your "canned" responses to these reviews are also lacking.

I got a coupon from my Factor subscription, and I was thrilled to explore dog food subscription. I had been feeding my dogs Fresh Pet, and i liked it, but i hated it had to take up fridge space. I like that this is refrigerate after opening, and just the one portion at a time.
My dogs seem to love it.
It is a little stinky, that's not been great, but that's me being picky.
