I saw this company on Google, noted their high TrustPilot score and requested a quote for 200,000 Avios points to go to my British Airways (BA) account. When I accepted their quotation they told me that it would cost extra to transfer to BA although this is what they quoted for. They wanted me to open an account with Qatar Airlines and share the points - but I'm not comfortable doing this. I was disappointed that they did not honour their quotation.

I am a senior citizen who travels often to see kids and grandkids who live in the UK. I wouldn't say that I am a neophyte when it comes to technology, but I certainly am not a young man who grew up using cell phones and computers. I required 110k of Avios points to purchase Qatar's business class seats for my parents. After I did my survey and research, I decided to approach Karan for the price quote.
