Delivery was quick and friendly and was explained very clearly with plenty of customisation as well as a variety of choices between platforms

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're happy to hear that the delivery was quick, the instructions were clear, and that you enjoyed the customization options and variety of choices available. We work hard to make the process as smooth and flexible as possible for every trainer. Thank you for trusting Pokestar, and we look forward to serving you again in the future!
Pokestar is an absolute lifesaver for anyone looking to round out their team or Pokédex. The best part about this service is the ability to obtain various Pokémon much earlier in the game than normally possible, including some that are otherwise incredibly difficult (or impossible) to track down. It really enhances the overall experience by letting you play with your favorites right from the start rather than waiting until the post-game.
My only minor gripe is the delivery method—I definitely wish there was a more streamlined way to receive purchased items rather than the Magikarp trade-in process. It’s a bit repetitive, but honestly, the quality of the service and the Pokémon you get make it well worth the effort. I still love the service and will definitely be using it again!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that Pokestar helped you build your team and enjoy your favorite Pokémon earlier in your adventure. That's exactly the experience we hope to create for trainers.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery process. While the trade method is currently the most reliable way for us to deliver Pokémon safely and accurately, we're always looking for ways to improve the overall experience. Thank you for your understanding and for sharing your thoughts with us.
Your support means a lot to our team, and we're grateful for your trust in Pokestar. We look forward to helping you on many more Pokémon adventures in the future!
