What people say
Great
Great, and fast
Fast & easy!
Pokestar made the whole process super easy from start to finish. No confusing steps, no runaround — I got exactly what I paid for, and it was instant. That kind of speed and reliability makes a huge difference, especially when you just want something to work without a hassle. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, no-fuss experience. Doing business with them again for sure.

It was genuinely fast service
It was genuinely fast service, very cordial and straight forward. I didn’t realize my Nintendo online sub had lapsed so I had to take a second to resub and they waited patiently for me. 10/10 would recommend

Above and Beyond, Kind Service!
The person who helped me was more than patient with me, since I unwittingly started contact before I had unlocked trade in my game. 🤦♀️ They even gifted me a free pokemon after my initial trades. I love this site 🥹💖

I have always had amazing service!!!
I have used PokerStars a few times and have always had an amazing time! Always amazing customer service and awesome amount of choices that aren't available everywhere! The only critiques I would have would be that I wish you could get pokemon for Let's go Eevee and Pikachu, as well as certain versions of characters such as Pokeball Magearna and it's shiny form.
