I'd decided to give them another shot with the big Living Libations sale they had, and I'm happy to report that my shopping experience was great. Prompt shipping, packaged well and my order correct (so no need to contact cs, which is how I like it!) Found this site looking for a rather niche brand of flavorings, wide selection and a few with an unbeatable price. Picked out a couple and was a bit surprised by the cost of shipping. Ended up being well worth the slight increase in what I'd expected the shipping cost to be, package arrived very quickly and with great care taken to ensure these hard to find flavorings arrived in tact. I fully intend to order from them again!

I love the store and online concept. I love the very knowledgeable owner, Matt and his super helpful Customer Sevice rep, Sydney. The only reservation I have is the reluctance of the GM to be involved with their consumers. Otherwise, this place is just fabulous.
