Chris was great!He took the time to help me and looked on the packages i was ordering for the Nutrition Value.Very pleasant!I will deal with him from now on.There was a other young girl i talked to who just was not friendly at all.It was very apparent she did not want to be their.When i asked her a question she was very short and did not know her products.My Suggestion to this girl.....Hang out with Chris for a day and learn about Customer service.Eddie.

Good overall, but some problems do exist
Overall I'm happy with their offerings. I think they could improve on their packaging, listing the source/country of origin and the date of production on all their products. What does "sell by..." mean to you when you buy raw food items? There was one food item though that was not a health food but a health hazard. The filberts they sent me were totally rancid, every one of them...I agree the average American may not realize that, but for someone claiming to be on a raw food diet that is SO OBVIOUS!!! They shouldn't sell those, should keep their nuts in the fridge and check them periodically.
Product never arrived - however company refunded me and i am ungrading their rating
I ordered a product from The Raw Food World on February 12, paying $11 for shipping, and by February 27 it had still not arrived. I emailed them twice and have not yet received a reply. So I do not know how trustworthy and reliable this company is. UPDATE: AFTER SEEING MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME. I SUBSEQUENTLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, SO I HAVE UPGRADED THEM FROM 1 TO 3 STARS. IN FAIRNESS, I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ON THAT OCCASION I HAD NO PROBLEMS.
