Damaged order, no support.
My order came in a severely damaged package and after unpacking it I noticed that the toy wouldn't charge no matter what. Contacted customer support about it and never heard back from them.

Never received item after well past 20 days on 7-15 day shipping and the tracking number does not appear to be valid. Did not seek money back because I believe this is just fraudulent so I will be following up with my bank for a refund.

The toy's functionalities blend well together. The tongue feature is fantastic, though I'd love more speed options. The slow movements and velvety material really enhance the experience. Overall, it is worthy of its intended purpose.
