The teachers are really good for the majority of them, the live is amazing and the break out room are really helpful but I find that is missing some kind of certification and the exercise part if you aren't able to participate on the live session (often the lessons are in the middle of the day in my time zone and I work) isn't easy with the platform of the community that they have.

I'm currently in the Evidential Mediumship Academy. While the content is interesting, it is not worth the price tag Shift put on it. I would not recommend this to friends at this price. It's a $995 course at best. No written materials -- that's a real problem for those of us who want to dive deeper into the material. I've had to look elsewhere for this depth, which, again, at the price Shift asks, is unacceptable. This will influence my buying decisions for another Shift course.

Over the years I'd used a few different email addresses for different courses that I had purchased. It created a bit of a challenge to get logged in and I had different courses under different log ins. So my 'Library' was a bit of a mess. The team responded quicker than I expected and solved the problem just as fast, consolidating everything under my new email address with one sign in. They did it all correctly the first time without any further input from me. They made it so easy and so quick I literally pinched myself to see if I was dreaming. Just kidding. Great customer service. I trust these guys totally.

I have taken some great courses and some of them not so great … but thats ok. Pricing in general is good and sometimes there are scholarships! That helps. Very valuable material but actually the mentoring i felt it was short and expensive for Canada.

Many of the programs offered don't necessarily appeal to me but I'm happy that people are being offered the opportunity to check them out. The programs I've signed up for I've mostly enjoyed....there have been a couple clunkers, but again, that's to be expected. Thanks to Steven Dinan for this opportunity!

You have interesting classes but sometimes the content is lacking. There is a small amount of information. This seems to be stretching it out so that more money can be charged by the person doing the class.

I think shift network is a fabulous company. It offers great diversity, reasonable prices and even scholarships and the customer service is 2nd to none. I’ve never had a negative experience with shift network. The customer service work exceptionally well to answer all questions and their response is quite prompt. I highly recommend shift network.
