Prompt, understanding, generous reply to my question
Portia responded to my question very promptly, and she understood and helped me with my quandary in a very kind, generous way. Much appreciated. I've taken several Shift Network courses over the years. Their support crew has never let me down, which is just one of the reasons I am very grateful to be able to take Shift classes.

Soul-Nourishing to Prepare for Planetary Rebirth
For several years I have turned to the Shift Network for trustworthy current teachings on the issues that are part of the tapestry of spirituality needed for our time. In the past year, I have followed "The Witches' Cauldron" (Linda Rausch); "Sacred Dance and Rumi's Poetry" (Banafsheh); and "The Dark Goddess" (Melissa Kim Corter). Thank you for choosing carefully curated content and excellent teachers. Blessings to you, Anne Kathleen McLaughlin

A library just for me!
I have taken courses here for several years. The subjects and presenters I value are tops in the field. The 'My Course Page' is very easy to navigate. What really sets you apart are the files you provide. I can view the complete video; or I can just listen to the audio; I can read the transcript and choose to print any page (s) I need. And, seeing the presentation slides isolated on big screen is most helpful. Plus, you store it all for me! Appreciate all the extras the presenters share.*****

I understand that this is a business…
I understand that this is a business like any other, but being unable to practice on a regular basis because of the class size is unacceptable. For the next class, I would suggest to find a better way to place students with other students who are on their level and have smaller groups or circles, optimal size should be capped 10 people max. There isn’t enough time to practice after the Tuesday class as the class is always eating into that precious time. You should allow for at least one hour of practice for those who wish to do that.

Shift chooses excellent speakers and topics. Additionally, it works with speakers to create a well-organized curriculum, including handouts and on-line interactions. I particularly appreciate that the courses remain available on line -- I go back frequently to various courses.

I have been a long-term student of the Shift Network. Mostly the courses are great and matching my expectations. Sometimes they don't, but the great thing is that the team is always very responsive to help, super nice and cordial, and refund has never been an issue (if done on time).

Not your fault. Mine
Not your fault. Mine. I am a senior and I could not figure how to gain assess to program. In prior years it was set up very simple but it’s all different now and asking for way too many things to set up. This is how the internet is now days. The access help actually was not helpful as they were way to hi tech for me. The program was amazing but again too complicated and I only caught on too very few things. Never ever caught,on to What,Why,How, to do The Double Vortexes. Or other techniques. I am not ever giving up as I will be going through this wonderful program again and again until I catch on. Internet is just hard for me now days. Thank you.

Easy, relaxed, enjoyable learning
The technical customer service is helpful. The platform is easy to navigate around. There's an opportunity to connect with others on your course through the community page. You can ask questions or bring up discussions. The Shift of course also has some interesting teachers, with interesting topics.

The Evidential Mediumship Essentials Program
I am currently in the Evidential Mediumship Essentials Program with the SHIFT Network and continue to be grateful for this experience! I am honored to be training with Jean Else who carries Mavis Pittilla's legacy forward, the lovely teachers who have years of training under Mavis Pittilla, and Suzanne Giesemann, also a world renowned medium and spiritual teacher. I would recommend this program to anyone, at any level, in their mediumship.
