The custom patches I ordered came out beautifully. The order process was easy, and I really appreciated how easy it was to get a response from the company when I had questions or concerns. They were very responsive when I reached out about a shipping concern and got my products to me on time.

Highly Recommend for Challenge Coins
I was a little nervous to order as there are some not so great reviews. However, it seems most issues stem from people ordering custom patches. I was looking for custom challenge coins. I decided to order following conversation with the sales rep as well as the pricing was great. The process was so easy from start to finish. Always quick and prompt follow up to questions and design changes. I even got the coins weeks ahead of the estimated delivery date, which was a nice surprise. The coins also look fantastic! I am so excited to award these to my team.

I wanted to reorder patches that were ordered years ago, I had no information on the previous order, but they were able to find the design. I had a deadline, which they met and kept me informed on timing every step of the way.

I received the patches I ordered and they turned out great. Me and the ladies from our church are extremely happy with the color and quality. Wonderful company to work with. I was kept in informed where the order was in the process. production, expected completion time, and when shipped. I was asked to contact them to insure that I received them. Would order from this company again!

Good old fashion service!
I was looking for a place to make some crests for my project. Once I put my order on the cart I received a call from Victor and from that moment on I continued to work with him. I've been visiting over&over again to make my squadron/deployment patches but can't help control myself keep coming back
I've been making my squadron patches more than 10 designs since 2024. They've been professional, exclusive and have outstanding skills. Products are also very fine, sturdy, well-designed, very nice-quality. I would definitely re-visit. If y'all want to make some of patches, you know where to come. Amazing customer support
Lucy on the customer support was amazing to work with! I needed some custom woven tags printed and shipped in a short amount of time and she got it done! They arrived just in time for my daughter's birthday party, and THE/STUDIO didn't even charge an expedited fee to get them here quickly. Highly recommend this company, and if you get a chance to work with Lucy on your designs, she's amazing!
