Extremely slow shipping three weeks
I saw the Facebook ad for a Rush shirt with cool design and ordered it for wearing to a concert. It advertised 4-7 day delivery. My friend ordered first and then I placed the order 4 days later. Well mine. SHIPPED 14 days after I placed the order and it took 1 week for delivery from TX to NY. Unfortunately, I did not get in time for my concert. It missed by one day. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. To make things worse my friend hasn’t even got his yet. So it’s not a one time thing. The shirt itself is OK. The design is nice. If you are ordering for a specific event, I would order a month or two in advance just to be safe or find a different place.

I first found them through a Facebook ad and immediately noticed they carried some old‑school Baltimore Bullets tees (now the Washington Wizards). That alone caught my attention. I ordered a couple of shirts for me and my son and even paid extra for expedited shipping. To be fair, the shipping didn’t quite meet my expectations, so I reached out to The Swag Station. They responded quickly, apologized, and told me they wanted to make things right. I won’t go into detail about what they did, but it was more than enough. Later, I learned they’re a small, family‑owned business—and they treat their customers exactly the way they’d want to be treated themselves. I also mentioned a few throwback designs I wished they carried, and they told me they’d look into it. That meant a lot. I’ve already placed another order, and this time I’ll wait a little more patiently—because now I know exactly who’s packing it. Thank you, Swag Station, for your kindness and your awesome shirts.
