Great experience dealing with Nicholas, answered all the questions i wanted and was very patient with me throughout, never rushed me to purchase the watch or upsale me on anything else. I found what i wanted on his catalog and decided to go with a wire, in which he helped me feel very confident in doing so. cleared in 2 days in the afternoon and my watch was here less than 12 hours later overnight in my hands! 10/10

Nicolas was exceptional to work with. I was sent an unworn watch that had a glitchy second hand motion. Without question, Nicolas developed several different proposals to resolve the issue. I ended up shipping the watch back and trading it out for a different piece. This is the only place that I will buy 2nd hand pieces from. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is amazing.
