They have scammed us in the past- took our money, didn't follow through, ended up having to pay extra fees. Eventually we had to threaten legal action. Do not use this company! We recently got an email from them saying our trademark had been renewed and thanking us for using them. WE DID NOT USE THEM AND NEVER WILL AGAIN! I just spoke with a rep who confirmed that they did not renew our trademark, we had done it ourselves directly with USPTO. I've been sending them emails to take us off their list because they scammed us and we will never use their services again. Yet they keep sending. Hopefully, after today's phone call with Jacob the rep we will finally stop getting emails from them.

My experience was great because the representative knowing his (Dillon P) job took the pressure off me trying to figure it out myself and the job was done very well and the line of communication was basically readily available plus any messages left were returned in a timely manner by Dillon or staff.
