Very smooth, very quick and efficient process and transaction throughout. No hassles at all. I entered my vehicle info online, they responded very quickly with the best offer I received from anyone. I took the car and title to them the next day, signed some papers, got the full quote amount plus a little extra because there were no issues with the car and it was clean. As soon as I arrived at their office they began working on my transaction. I did not have to wait on them. I was there about 30 minutes. It was a very simple process. The entire staff was professional and courteous.

We sold our 2001 Xterra here and the experience was great. THIScar gave us a much better offer than other places and the staff, Ben and Genesis, were super helpful and professional. Fast, competitive and easy transaction. Great experience. They were one of 4 Kelly Bluebook dealers to give an instant cash offer for my car. They offered an interim buying price online that was $1000 above the others. After physically inspecting the car, they reduced the amount by $ 500 which was still $500 more than the others. Received a check immediately and was done in about 1 hour. Would recommend them.
