They were honest about what they were doing up front. Transparency is important I had a very bad experience prior to coming to them. The staff was respectful and made the process quick and processed the transaction professionally. Better than going than dealing with a dealership.
They have several locations around town, which makes it convenient for the car drop off. Also, their site was the only site that went over details on all of the after market parts that i put on the truck, so they were able to get me a slightly better offer than other sites.
This is by far the worst company ever. I submitted a request to have my vehicle appraised. Someone reached out and kept attempting to get a hold of me. I reached back out and informed them I had previous offers and preferred not to waste my time if they could not offer a higher amount, due to the location being far from my job and telling me I had to be there before 6 but there was a couple that came in wayyyyy after me. I get there and I get insulted by a lower offer then I mention I had an offer higher than that. Then the man who was doing my appraisal insults me and says okay I’ll give you $100 more??!!! Seriously. After I addressed I didn’t want my time wasted and preferred an honest answer from the jump. Then to later come back and say oh we don’t give anything in writing because you can go somewhere else and they will offer you a little more even if it’s a $100 more??!!?? This makes zero sense. What you mean to tell me is I can walk in and bullshit and say oh this dealer offered me x amount and you match it??!!? This shit makes zero sense. So you mean to tell me your bullshitting customers and as he said “there’s no real offer” wtf. I will never return to this company the lack of customer service and shady business practices. Mercedes actually gave me back feedback on the reason for their offer. This man only said oh it has two potential issues and I said well not sure the car was just recently serviced. Did not bring up any type of factual based evidence on the reason behind the offer.

Do not purchase an electric vehicle form this seller. The information we found stated the vehicle had a large battery pack, and this was confirmed by the salesman, not once, but twice. We found the vehicle was priced fairly with a large battery pack. After taking delivery of the vehicle we found the vehicle had the standard battery pack. Thiscar made no effort to make things right. They state they do not disclose battery pack type, or mile ranges for EV's. If you see different, do not trust what is shown unless you are in the vehicle checking the features on the display.
