I did not receive them. Finally received another colour gym pants after accepting a different colour but still no socks. Instead they apologized again suggesting a small discount on the NEXT purchase to make up for the inconvenience Really !? SCAM

I would like to leave a heartfelt review for this amazing brand and especially for Joanna, who helped me throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, my original shipment was lost, and I was very disappointed at first. However, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. Joanna was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the beginning. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole process much less stressful. I also want to sincerely thank the brand for sending me a replacement shipment. It really shows that you care about your customers and stand behind your service. Thank you again to Joanna for all her help and support, and thank you to the whole team for resolving the issue so quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the effort you made, and I will definitely continue supporting and recommending your brand to others!
Extremely poor returns and exchange…
**Edit: Order and returns process 0/10 — Product quality 6/10 — Customer service 100/10.** Final edit: After almost five months, I finally received the replacement order, but one of the leggings arrived damaged. Nina from customer service has been exceptional. She was genuinely helpful, kept me updated, and made sure the issue was finally resolved. Unfortunately, the overall ordering and exchange process was extremely poor. From placing the original order to finally receiving the replacement, the whole process took almost 5 months! My full experience with Thrivin is explained below: The original order took around six weeks to arrive, and the sizing runs extremely small, so I had to request an exchange. I submitted the exchange in May. By the end of July, I was still waiting for the issue to be fully resolved. When I contacted customer service, they initially could not find any record of the return. I had to provide the return confirmation, screenshots, tracking number, and proof of delivery myself before they investigated it. By the time they finally processed the exchange, one of the items I had selected was out of stock. The situation was eventually resolved thanks to Nina, whose customer service was exceptional. But the fulfilment and returns process needs significant improvement. I will not order from this company again.
My honest review on the thrivin leggings
What went wrong is the shipping and delivery system needs to be adjusted as it really drained the excitement away. The leggings itself, i mean its a good quality you can tell, not like a cheap legging fabric imo, but idk. I don't really like the way there is extra compression on the ankles those lines, i feel like its so unnecessary and uncomfortable, and when i tried my first pair it made those lines mark onto my skin. The leggings on me hmm idk again.. its just that i dont feel pretty in them, maybe its just me but idk but i give it 2 stars because id wear it rather than some cheap leggings that will get lint balls or is see through.

I ordered 10 items and they all fit PERFECTLY. I was sure colours weren't for me and yet Thrivin convinced me otherwise with the bubble pink set. It enhances all the right parts and just makes me feel powerful! My gym besties were stunned. The order arrived rather quickly and I will certainly be ordering more. Thank you!
My package was lost
My package was lost and I sent a contact request through the website, which they didn't reply to, after stopping the payment in Klarna they reached out. I think in hindsight email them directly not through the website. But after that the service I received from JP was excellent! Very smooth, quick with replying. The delivery service Dragonfly couldn't provide an official document for lost products, THRIVIN still offered options, replacement, giftcard or fully reimbursed. Originally I wanted my money back, but after the service I received I'd still love to represent the brand and choose replacement. I had many questions and made changes to the order which I was met with patience and adaptability. I could even change the free gift in the one I loved. Thank you JP, I'm looking forward to my order!

A speedy reply, as well as feeling like I’m actually being taken care of. I dealt with both a bot and real humans. They did their best to understand my situation. I gave 4 stars because I spend a lot of money on the clothing I purchase and feel that the clothing I wear should last at least a years or more. My leggings did not and I do worry that if the clothing I purchase doesn’t last me for a year or more I may have to think about purchasing with another brand. I do love Thrivin though. I love everything about Thrivin. I just hope this was a one off and the quality improves if not.

I was actually surprised when I got my items. I was scared cause I saw different opinions on these leggings. I ordered during the summer sales, I got a matching blue set for 72€, socks as a gift and a free legging. It fits me perfectly and is absolutely not see through, the quality left me mouth opened. The only issue is the delivery is kinda long, we don’t really see the progress of the order but that’s it. I would definitely order again!

I am not sure about the quality of their active wear so can't comment on that. My husband ordered a pair of shorts, a pair of leggings and a jumpsuit for me. I do not like the fabric and the high compression at all. I didn't know he had ordered those items, and I would have told him not to get them because I have a few favorite brands I like and I know they fit me well. These however, have a weird ribbing in the mid thigh area that I instantly disliked. I didn't even bother trying on anything as I could tell these would be highly uncomfortable and would definitely squeeze the thigh area. So far, ok wouldn't really downgrade Thriving just for that. However, the return process takes the cake. You cannot choose the return shipping provider. There is only one option, and the return shipping costs EUR 22. How in the world do you justify that? If nothing else, that makes me go off ever buying from you again. I am curious to see if they also charge an admin fee for processing the return, as I have read in some other reviews. Ladies, if you are not sure about quality or fabric I encourage you to think twice about buying from Thrivin. You will end up out of pocket if you have to return an item that you don't like or that doesn't fit and isn't defective. Stick with what you know, or at least research the return policy. And also tell your SOs, in case they do what my husband did.
