I've made numerous orders from Thrivin and not once was i disappointed. They do what they promise,the quality is great, many colors to choose from, what i would ask kindly is that they should add more pastel and neutrals for the shorts.

The team quickly offered me two options: wait for the item to be restocked or choose a different one. I decided to replace it with another item that was more expensive, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me the price difference. I truly appreciated their generosity and willingness to make things right.
The only suggestion I have is to improve communication. It would have been even better if I had been informed right away that the item was out of stock instead of having to contact customer support myself. That would have saved me time and unnecessary waiting.

I would strongly advise anyone in the EU to think twice before ordering from Thrivin.
I purchased leggings based on the sizing information provided on Thrivin's own website. The leggings I received did not correspond to the measurements in their size guide, meaning I had ordered based on the information provided by the company but received a product that did not match that information.
When I raised the issue, rather than properly addressing the sizing problem, I initially received what appeared to be an automated response simply explaining how to return the item. I then had to pay €27 out of my own pocket to return the leggings.
I subsequently raised the issue of the return cost and pointed out that, under EU consumer law, goods are required to match the description provided by the seller. Rather than properly addressing this, Thrivin offered me a 50% gift card towards the return shipping cost.
So, after selling me an item that did not correspond to their own sizing information, I was expected to absorb half of a €27 return cost — and their proposed compensation wasn't even a refund, but a gift card.
I find this response insulting.
The €27 return cost was not incurred because I simply changed my mind. I incurred it because the product did not correspond to the sizing information I relied upon when making the purchase. Their approach to resolving the issue has been incredibly disappointing and, in my view, shows a complete disregard for the consumer protections EU customers are entitled to.
The whole experience has been unnecessarily frustrating: inaccurate sizing information, poor initial handling of the complaint, having to pay €27 to return the item, and then being offered half of that amount as a gift card as a supposed "gesture of goodwill."
This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a company selling to EU customers. I certainly won't be ordering from Thrivin again.

I really wanted to love Thrivin, but after multiple issues, I can’t recommend them.
My first disappointment was the shipping. It took much longer than I expected, which was frustrating from the start.
Then I had two separate pairs of bottoms fail in the exact same place…the inseam/inner thigh area. One was a pair of pants, and the other was a pair of shorts. In both cases, I had sized up, and both developed rips after the very first wear. For activewear, that’s incredibly disappointing.
Unfortunately, because of the lengthy shipping time and the company’s return window, I was told there was essentially nothing they could do since the items were outside their return period. Even though the issue was a clear product failure after one use, the focus was placed on the policy rather than the quality of the product.
To make matters worse, customer service later promised me a $20 off coupon as a goodwill gesture. I never received it.
At this point, it’s not even about the money. It’s about a pattern of poor follow-through. Between the slow shipping, two products failing after a single wear, being unable to receive a replacement because of the return window, and then not even receiving the promised coupon, I left feeling like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe people deserve to know about my experience before spending their money.

I'm really happy with my order from Thrivin! Everything arrived quickly, and the quality is great. One pair of leggings unfortunately ripped when I first tried them on, but Thrivin team (Lorence) was super helpful and handled everything really quickly and professionally. Shorts are very tight on thighs
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts and a pair of flares. All xs, as is all my other gymwear.
The flares are flattering and nice, I have no problems with them.
The shorts however….they are extremely compressive on the thigh area.
I like to have the shorts stop just at the top of my thigh (so not around my mid thigh) and it feels like I have multiple rubber bands on the area.
Now I don’t have the smallest legs (55cm at the widest) but this hasn’t been a bother with any other brands like abyl and prozis.
So if you like to wear your shorts like bicycle shorts, it wouldn’t be a bother I think. (The circumference of the Thrivin Shorts leg holes are around 26cm)
But if you wear them like myself. Maybe size up - but it could end up being loose on the waist.
