Disappointing refund and customer service
Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Thrivin. I have now been waiting over two months for my refund, despite contacting customer service multiple times.
I had to provide proof several times and in different formats, but customer service still wasn’t able to resolve the issue. I eventually had to contact DPD (which I advise anyone reading this to do as it was resolved in a few minutes) and handle the situation myself, which I think is also unfair as I had to pay additional transport costs on top of handling everything and still my money had not been refunded - hence spending more on this brand and not receiving any type of assistance.
I originally wanted to exchange my clothes for a different size, but wanted to wait till my money was returned, unfortunately I have now missed the opportunity to repurchase the items that I wanted. I have purchased from many different sports brands but this has been by far the worst experience. It’s such a shame because I thought the overall design of Thrivin clothes was really beautiful, but not worth this much hassle.
What should have been a simple return and refund has become a very frustrating process. I expected much better communication and support from customer service and would simply like my money returned.

I wanted to return my items since they were too small, but the cost of the return was over 60 USD, and about the same cost as the items. The process of return was made difficult, so it's obvious they wan't you to give up. I complained about the and were told I could return them myself using a different shipping company, but when I asked for the address I was ghosted.

Had an issue with my order being delivered and Jomarie was amazing and helped me solve my issue. Amazing customer service, they were so helpful and understanding
The gym-wear is nice, although the v- line leggings flare feel really heavy in the gym. My issue is how long it took returning the order and the price I had to pay to return my order since leggings didn’t fit (they run small) I had to pay more then 20€ to return one order and I had a lot of issues finding the return office ship off location. So if u are far from their location, make sure you get the sizing right.

I’m absolutely in love with Thrivin products! 🫶🏼 I’ve tried products from several different brands, but honestly, these are by far my favorites.
I was a little skeptical when I placed my first order, but when I received the package, I was pleasantly surprised. The material is really high quality, the colors are beautiful and look exactly like they do in the pictures, and they fit beautifully on the body. 😍
They define my waist so nicely, smooth and enhance my silhouette, and make my curves look absolutely amazing. 🍑

I had such a great experience with Ronnie! A few of my items went missing during shipping, and he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, made sure I knew what was happening, and when it became clear the items needed to be shipped again, Ronnie was right there making sure the replacement shipment went out.
Shipping issues happen, but how a company handles them makes all the difference. Ronnie made what could have been a really frustrating experience feel easy and taken care of. Truly great customer service. Thank you, Ronnie!
Very disappointing and honestly feels like a scam.
I’m 1.70m and normally wear size S/M. I first placed a big order in size M — everything was WAY too small. So I gave them another chance and placed another big order in size L.
Now the L doesn’t fit properly either. The shorts are extremely tight around the legs, and the shirts are way too tight under the armpits.
The sizing makes absolutely no sense and is completely unrealistic. After spending money on TWO big orders trying different sizes, I’m extremely disappointed. Definitely would not recommend.

I have ordered three times and everything went great.
I had one item that had a long delay but i got a refund and i always got an email explaining the stage of delay, the customer service was super helpfull through the process :) Can recommend!
I had accidentally put in my old address for the delivery of my order so I emailed to get it updated and to my surprise I get a reply back quicker than I thought. The lady who was handling me was absolutely lovely. She helped in the quickest and kindest possible way as well as reassured me when I was unsure about whether my order delivery address had been updated. Over all an amazing and quick experience. There is no photo of the product shows…
There is no photo of the product shows that there is and elastic band around the hips so it’s uncomfortable to wear even though I bought it XL
I ordered two on the straight leg scrunch bum pants very comfortable and figure hugging which I like I did get a pair of legging for free I wore the leggings once for 15 minutes and the seam on the scrunch on the bum part ripped not too happy with that but I didn’t have to pay for them so I would just be aware of that incase you order
