I really love the activewear of this brand. I have ordered a few different items and I’ve loved the darker colours in the Thrivin tights, however I do feel the fabric is too thin for the lighter colours - like pistachio & light blue, especially down below. It feels like you can see through too much, so I unfortunately returned those ones.

I placed an order on June 18, it was quite a large amount. Since I’m pretty tall (179 cm), unfortunately none of the items fit, so I returned everything through the official return process. To this day, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve emailed them about it several times, and they say they’ll look into it, but then I don’t hear anything back from them. This is really terrible and it feels like a scam. I hope I’ll get my money back...

I’m a little disappointed with this brand because I expected much better quality for the price. The leggings are around $50, but honestly, the quality doesn’t feel much different from $15 leggings — I even found an almost identical pair for that price on SHEIN. The fabric also doesn’t stretch enough, so the leggings are quite difficult to put on and don’t feel as comfortable as I expected. I also ordered flare leggings in the Short length, which is recommended for heights around 150–160 cm. I’m 160 cm, but they are still way too long and I can only wear them with high-platform shoes or have them shortened. Another disappointing thing is the return policy — you have to pay a €10 return fee, which makes returning the leggings barely worth it. Overall, I don’t think the quality, sizing, or return experience justifies the price. I really wanted to love this brand, but unfortunately, I expected much more.

I’m seeing people talking about “good” customer service… but what customer service? You’re literally talking to AI. Whenever you try to communicate via email, you immediately receive an AI-generated response, so you can forget about any real human consideration or support. The returns are also ridiculously expensive. Sending the items back from the Netherlands costs around $10, which I find excessive, especially when it comes to clothing that you need to try on before knowing whether it’s the right fit. What’s even more frustrating is that the website doesn’t clearly state how much returns will actually cost. This should be made transparent before customers make a purchase. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the customer service and the lack of transparency regarding returns.

Loved my order but unfortunately a couple of pieces did not fit well so I initiated a return for both items. I found the return process straight forward. Thrivin did offer suggested products for exchange however they were not my preferred items. When I reached out, it was promptly fixed and I could choose the products I wanted to exchange for. Once items were returned and tracking had shown Thrivin had received the returned products, I sent an email to follow up on the return progress. Melanie replied to me promptly and was able to efficiently confirm things for me. She processed my return and organised the exchange products so smoothly and quickly. She made it felt like a breeze! Good quality, and not a scam. Takes a while to arrive and the return process is a bit confusing. I would advise if you like to purchase from them to take one size bigger than your usual size. Otherwise great
I was actually very excited about this order and waited quite a while to receive it, so I really wanted to love them. However, after trying them on, I noticed that the fabric has very little to no stretch at all the pants are extremely long, and the material doesn’t feel very breathable or comfortable for working out. I have already worn one pair, and I may decide to keep the size Small, but I would really like to return the remaining items if possible, but after get in contact with them they make you pay for the return to so, just be aware when you order this

Absolutely appalling quality… complete waste of money I am genuinely disgusted and bitterly disappointed with this order. I paid over AUD $100 expecting decent-quality activewear based on the way this company markets its products. What arrived felt unbelievably cheap, poorly made and nothing like the premium quality being advertised. The material feels horrible, the so-called “high-waisted” leggings are not properly high waisted, and the overall construction and finish are horrendous. To make matters worse, the seam split open while I was trying the leggings on for the very first time… with the original tag still attached. They had never been worn, washed or used. Activewear should not fall apart simply from being tried on. Honestly, I have received better-quality clothing from SHEIN and Temu for a fraction of the price. The best-quality item in this entire order was the free pair of socks included in the package… which says everything. When I emailed to complain about the defective products, the response I received was generic, uncaring and completely dismissive of how unacceptable this experience had been. Their return process also expected me to lose £8.99 to return products that arrived poorly made and defective. I paid in Australian dollars, so I would be left even further out of pocket because they supplied an unacceptable product. The entire experience has felt like a complete rip-off. A company should not be able to charge premium prices for products of this standard and then respond so carelessly when a customer reports that an item literally split during the first try-on. I absolutely do not recommend this company and would never purchase from them again. Save your money… the quality, customer care and overall experience are appalling.

I have to say, I absolutely love these leggings! They fit perfectly, with a snug and flattering fit around the waist and hips, while the flare at the bottom gives them such a cute and stylish look. They really accentuate the shape of the bum beautifully without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material is so soft and comfortable, and they feel amazing to wear, both during workouts and just for everyday wear. Definitely one of my favorite pairs of leggings so far! I’ll definitely be ordering more. 🥰
The order is terrible. I ordered two paires of leggings in size LONG, which should be suitable for 174-185cm. My height is 180cm, but both leggings are EXTREMELY LONG, about 20cm longer than my feet, that’s extreme. How can you lie about the sizing so much? They won’t let me return the items for free. The return fee is so expensive, around 19€.
