Return not feasible
I have ordered a few Products from the Website (order nr. 363846) and i am overall happy but 2 Products didnt fit my GF well and i wanted to return them. The shipping cost is over 60$ about as much as i paid for the products. Its my first time having the experience that returning products is so discouraged and i am not a fan of it. Overall i would be happy if the return would be a realistic option, as it stands now i have to leave a negative review.

Always been happy with my orders quality is amazing I had a problem recently with one of my purchases and i contacted them about the issue, and i was shocked how fast they resolved my issue, they resolved it extremly fast thanks to Lorence who i was in contact!! Also the leggings really do what they are supossed to do

I had a quality issue with one of the peices i had received. I sent a support request in and within hours i had heard back and reached a favourable solution. Lorence from the Thrivin team was extremely helpful during this process and i am more than impressed with the customer service i received.

Thrivin shop was easy to make a order. I choose the wrong size first accidentally so I was in contact to Thrivin shop info and happily they changed my order into right size. Customer service was very fast and human, thank you Zandy for great service!

I absolutely love Thrivin! The quality, the fit, the look! Im slowly replacing old Workout attire with all Thrivin! Im so glad I found this brand !!I've returned items without a problem and received all of my items without any issues. Since its coming from overseas I dont expect to receive my items quickly so you should plan accordingly. You have a long term supporter/ consumer .

I’m absolutely impressed by the quality and how they fit me! The delivery was super fast, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend! 🤍 If you’re ordering the regular leggings, you might want to size up. I usually wear an S, but they were quite tight on me, so next time I’ll order an M. Overall, I’m really happy with them! ✨
Scrunch bum bursts
I have had two pairs of scrunch bum leggings break in less than 10 wears. After the first pair I emailed customer service and got no reply. I thought I’d give them another go, and my leggings have just broke AGAIN. I have put them on exactly how I am instructed. It’s not good when the gym wear is high cost. You expect high quality.

pleasantly surpised
Was worried at first but pleasantly surprised! I'm a long loyal fan of Sweaty Betty for all my gym wear as I know I can trust it. So I thought I would give Thrivin a go. I ordered a medium as that's what i am in SB. I read afterwards the compression is high so was worried i may of ordered a too small size. The order took about a week to arrive ( i'm in the UK ) and was excited to try the leggings and top on, it did take me about 10 minutes to get the leggings on properly and with the fan on! But was really impressed by both the top & leggings. Yes, the compression was tight, but not uncomfortable, i do have big thighs as i'm a weight lifter and if i'm honest, why i got them, to show off my thighs, i am proud of them rather than my bum. But no issue, and not 4 bum cheeks either which I did read can happen if too tight. I will say they do feel much different to 'normal' leggings though because of the scrunch and they are much more fitted, so if you're insecure about you're shape it might not be the best to get the Elevate style. But my god I felt so good in them. The top I couldn't fault at all and didn't budge or ride up once. It gave me a nice shape and showed off arms nicely. So ordered another 2 tops after my session but I went for a large this time just to see the difference along with another pair of leggings in L. I usually wear floaty crop tops rather than fitted. Quality seems quite good and wasn't see through. I also got a free pair of socks which was nice I thought. i would recommend and hopefully the second order is as good.

I had an issue with the size of one of the item I ordered instead of size M I was sent the size S, luckily Abby was able to address my concern right away and as a customer I felt seen and valued since she took it very seriously on how we can resolve the problem. Good job Thrivin 🫶🏻

Really disappointed with my experience
Really disappointed with my experience. When I placed my order, the website stated delivery would take 3–5 days, which was important to me as I ordered the leggings for a specific event. After receiving very little tracking information, I contacted customer service and was then told that delivery can actually take up to 9 business days, plus 1–2 business days for processing. That means you're potentially looking at around two weeks from ordering to receiving your parcel. I think customers should be aware of this before ordering. If the actual delivery timeframe can be 9 business days, that should be made clear at checkout rather than advertising 3–5 days and giving completely different information after the order has been placed. I haven't received my order yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the leggings, but the delivery experience and lack of clear information have been very disappointing.

Scam of a company!
Do not buy from this company unless you want to be stuck with unsuitable items as they make it impossible for you to return. I’d been a loyal customer for months and bought loads of leggings for work (I’m a personal trainer) & recommended them to clients and gym members. I thought I’d try the shorts but unfortunately the fit was awful on me and my legs looked like sausages bursting their skins due to the extreme compression. No big problem as I thought I could just return them for a refund. However, I was not given that option, only offered store credit or an exchange. I didn’t want either of these and just wanted a refund. I then contacted customer services who sent me a link to a returns portal. But what an absolute faff & rigmarole. First I was sent the wrong link. I contacted customer services again and was sent a different link by Kenneth. During the return process they wanted photos of each item, but then every photo I uploaded was rejected saying it was ‘too large’. Again I contacted customer services and was sent a different link by Kenneth. This time there was no option for a refund again. So I messaged yet again and was told by Kenneth to accept store credit and he would make sure I was issued a refund once they processed the return. I have again messaged to say I am absolutely not agreeing to that. I have not heard back. I suspect this is why you can buy so many brand new pairs on Vinted because they make the return process impossible so you are stuck with the items even if they are no good. Absolute scam of a company and will go back to trusted companies like Ryderwear, Pursue & AYBL. Do not get sucked in by the hype of this company. Awful.

First of all, the items are a 10/10, but the customer service is just as amazing! Zandy helped me with my issue and picked it up very quickly.
