I accidentally ordered a pair of leggings in mid-waist when I actually wanted the high-waist version. Thrivin have been so good. I purchased some items for my wife for her birthday. She is 3 years post bariatric surgery and 1 year post tummy tuck. Which meant I didnt know what size to get her and typically I got the size wrong. I messaged the company and almost immediately I received a reply with clear instructions and links to return the product and receive replacement. I had the new items within a week of sending back the original items. The quality is great and they make my wife look and feel amazing. So much so she has already ordered more from thw store 10/10 would recommend
Great costumer service and excellent workout clothes! When I received my last purchase I discovered a small hole in the shorts. I reached out to costumer support who quickly replied, asking for more pictures. They wanted pictures of the bag the shorts came in, which fortunately I hadn’t thrown out yet. After sending the requested pictures, they offered a gift card that covered the cost of the shorts and delivery.

Love the tights, the sport bras and the jackets! Also the tops tbh. They have a great fit! Thick and slimming materials. Would love it if they made the flairs in xxs as I’m very petite. But I still own 5 pairs in XS. They fit well right after washing, but expands a little during use and therefore a xxs would be perfect for me (153cm and 40kg). I get a lot of compliments wearing the tights and people ask me where they’re from

I'm not having a good experience with this company at all at the minute. I had to sent all but one items back due to how tiny everything was, I'm a size 4-6 and they were even too small for me. I've ended up paying about £30 for a tiny crop top because of the offer on when I bought them and sending the other items back. I have also now been waiting 3 and a half weeks for my return to be received/confirmed and the money refunded. A ridiculous amount of time :/

Firstly this was a gift for my wife and the process has been terrible. I ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service 8 mins after I ordered to change it. I received a response 3 days later to say it can’t be changed. The website reads as if the products are from the uk but it came from china, the only reason I know is because the delievery took 3 weeks to arrive and the tracker showed it had left the airport in China. The item has arrived and my wife has worn it for half a day and it had already split. Granted they look great on and they feel heavy but the quality is poor. Really disappointed I would recommend other brands with better customer service and uk base. Big disappointment

Amazing Customer Service I’m genuinely impressed with the customer service from Thivrin. My order went missing, even though the courier claimed it had been delivered. I contacted customer service, and without any hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth, they immediately sent me a replacement package. So, I ordered two Long legs, a jacket and a pair of Shorts. The Long ones Are gorgeous!! Also is the Jacket. They all fit very nice. The Shorts, however, I needed to loosen the seam at the legs, when I say that, I mean cutting. Otherwise it would have looked like pressed meat and would have impeeded the bloodflow in my thighs. Maybe a collection without this seam would be awesome, because other than that, the Shorts also fit very well!!
