I had such a great experience with Thrivin and especially Kevin! Their customer service was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. They were always kind and made everything so easy. I accidentally ordered a pair of leggings in mid-waist when I actually wanted the high-waist version. Thriving exchanged them for me without any problems at all, which I really appreciated.It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and I’m genuinely impressed.
