Thrivin have been so good. I purchased some items for my wife for her birthday. She is 3 years post bariatric surgery and 1 year post tummy tuck. Which meant I didnt know what size to get her and typically I got the size wrong. I messaged the company and almost immediately I received a reply with clear instructions and links to return the product and receive replacement. I had the new items within a week of sending back the original items. The quality is great and they make my wife look and feel amazing. So much so she has already ordered more from thw store 10/10 would recommend
