Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I wanted to recognise Lorence specifically for the amazing customer service she provided throughout my enquiry today with Thrivin :) She was professional, kind, and responded in a timely manner, which made the whole experience so much easier. She took the time to listen, reconsider my concerns, and helped find a resolution that I was really happy with. It's rare to come across customer service that feels so genuine and accommodating, and because of the way Lorence handled everything, I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you again, Lorence!
