Ship Happens but when it does.
I had such a great experience with Ronnie! A few of my items went missing during shipping, and he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, made sure I knew what was happening, and when it became clear the items needed to be shipped again, Ronnie was right there making sure the replacement shipment went out. Shipping issues happen, but how a company handles them makes all the difference. Ronnie made what could have been a really frustrating experience feel easy and taken care of.
