Thanks for leaving feedback. The tickets sent were via a Ticketmaster transfer; since tickets are being resold, it is possible that the transfer may be directly from the reseller to you. Any requests to change your password would be directly from the ticketing system that the CWS uses, which is Ticketmaster, and not connected to the transfer that was sent.
I had several questions after I purchased my mobile tickets. I sent emails to Tickets for Less and received answers very quickly. They were very helpful and patient with a first time mobile ticket buyer. I will definitely use this site again for future mobile tickets. Thank you!

Easy interface and lowest cost...
Easy interface and lowest cost after reviewing all the ticket portals. I was even able to find a promo code that more than covered for the cost of the delivery fee and some. I would highly recommend using Tickets For Less.

I was supposed to receive a notification on my iPhone about resetting my password. That may not be the problem with tickets for less, but it makes that $5.95 delivery fee more annoying.

Nate Lennard is awesome to work with every time I purchase from them. TFL is the best Ticket Broker in the country and they charge ZERO service fees to Buyers.
