I have used the service before and the process was easy to use, and understand. On my most recent purchase the tickets did not make it into the Ballpark app. An email to TFL's customer service and 10 minutes later, issue solved. Refreshing to see a company prioritizing customer service.

A tad frustrating!
I received an email yesterday informing me that my tickets for BOS vs. MIL were in Ballpark. I tried numerous times to load them and move to Wallet. Finally I had to call and it was explained to me BOS doesn’t release the tickets until 48 hours before the game.
So tell me how you think you did?

I try to remember to go to TFL every time I want concert tickets. The fact that you don't have service charges saves me a ton of money, because I go to a lot of concerts! Thanks and keep up the good work.

I always have the best luck getting tickets through here. And on the very rare occasion there has been any issues they are always quickly resolved. This is the only place I go to buy them.

I've been using TFL since way before I heard their promos on sports radio 810am. The website is easy to use. Their customer service is top notch. Most sites offer no fees on tickets, but TFL is the OG of no fees.

As I have used Tickets For Less many times over the years for game and concerts I used obviously used them again to see my Northwest Missouri State Bearcats play Pitt State. I ordered the tickets last night and I received them electronically today. Couldn’t have been easier.
