Love the art and love that it is magnetic. My only issue is with Fed Ex who dropped the box off in front of my garage door right where I would have driven over it. Thank goodness for the info from you that it was delivered and I could look at the photo where the box was.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Can't call anyone. Missing pads. 3 months later still don't have the pads for the glass frames. Spent $200 and frames are sitting there still waiting for the missing pads to mount.

Very unsatisfied with the quality and a lot of frames came broken!! So many things wrong with the package. As soon as I took out the first frame and it was someone else's order included in our package! As I kept going through our 9 frames, I found broken frames, a misplaced adhesive and dents on the prints.

Excellent Customer Service!
Although I am still awaiting my products, after ordering some Jonathan Adler glass tile pics and paying full price, they had a sale promotion a couple of days later. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and efficiently to cancel my order so that I could reorder the items with the sale price and save a ton of money! I was very impressed and grateful!! Can't wait to receive my items soon and will order many more in the future! :D
Shipping options are terrible
Shipping options are terrible. Two week lead time for replacement magnets is ridiculous. Should offer more locations to buy the replacement magnet pads (Amazon, Walgreens, Walmart, etc)
