Out of Stock Samples, Had to Ask for Refund
I ordered 9 samples and paid for each one, they also adjust the shipping price for each sample you order. When the box finally came I only received 7 samples but the shipping notification I received said all 9 were shipped. When I contacted them, they admitted two were out of stock but didn’t say anything about a refund. So I had to ask for the refund and they sent the refund for the samples but not the extra shipping for those 2 samples. Admittedly we’re talking about less than $5 here, but it was terrible customer service for someone that is looking to spend probably at least $1000. If they are this way about $5, I will take my business elsewhere. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Our website clearly states a limit of 5 samples per order, and while our system unfortunately allowed a higher quantity due to a technical issue, this is not our standard policy. Additionally, the items in question were out of stock, which is why they were not included in your shipment. Regarding sample pricing, we want to clarify that we do not charge for samples themselves. However, due to system limitations, a minimum value must be assigned online. Our focus has never been on profiting from samples — quite the opposite. We provide them so customers can confidently select the perfect tile for their project. That said, we have processed a full refund ($26) for your sample order, including the items not received. We take pride in being one of the leading online tile stores, not only because of our competitive pricing, but also because of our consistently strong customer service, as reflected across our reviews. It’s unfortunate that this situation led to a negative experience, especially over such a minor amount, when we would have gladly assisted further — including offering additional support or discounts toward your final purchase. The tile we are using on a project was backordered 12 weeks, I found a similar tile online and ordered a sample, which was a perfect match. I place my order and it was delivered by 8:00 AM the next morning. Wow, was I impressed, GREAT Customer Service!!!

Best Quality Tiles
First off, the tiles are absolutely stunning and so unique, honestly better than anything I saw during the months I spent searching for pool tile. I looked everywhere, and nothing compared. On top of that, buying my pool tiles from Miguel was such an amazing experience. He was incredibly responsive and his customer service is truly unmatched. I’m so excited to see how my pool tile turns out! I honestly wish I had gone to him for all of my tile just because working with him was such a great experience.
