Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sample did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide customers with an accurate representation of the color, finish, and material before purchasing. While our sample is not a full sheet, it is designed specifically for evaluating the product's appearance. In fact, our sample size is one of the largest offered by online tile retailers. For customers who would like to see a larger portion of the pattern or visualize the installation more accurately, we always recommend purchasing a full sheet, which provides the complete design and layout. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the shopping experience. If there's anything we can do to help with your project, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best price and quality tile for my pool…
Best price and quality tile for my pool I was able to find on line. Free shipping was a nice added bonus
Fantastic experience!
I ordered 90 sf of tile from this company. Shipping was free and it was shipped quickly - received in a few days. The tile I ordered, while gorgeous, was the wrong type for my pool. I called them and they quickly got me a match that was a better size for my pool. The worked with me to return the original tile I ordered, communicating with me every step of the way and quickly so our pool company could install it asap. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. This was easily the BEST customer service I’ve received in a very long time. The tile is gorgeous and luxe. They also quickly ship samples. Great experience!
