Worst Credit Card Experience of My Life: Doubt these 5 stars

Trustpilot, I generally have thought you were a "Trust" worthy site, but I am shocked at the overwhelmingly positive reviews you are reporting for the Tilt Engage Credit Card. Please do a little basic internet research. If you check out the Better Business Bureau, there are well over 400 negative reviews for this financial product. They haven't yet printed mine, but it will be posted soon enough. This has been the worst credit card experience of my life. For two weeks, I have been reporting two fraudulent charges from "BC Uber Cash" on my card. They are $35 dollars each. I froze the card and even after I froze it, I was getting daily notifications for another several days of attempted charges of 50-70 dollars for the same BC Uber Cash. I finally had to find their phone number and call them to cancel my card. Despite that, I have a several hundred dollar balance I will be paying off, but the problem is they have done nothing to address the $70 in fraudulent charges. All they do is send out copy and paste emails saying my case has been escalated and they will get back to me in 24 hours. I have ten days' worth of those repetitive and meaningless messages. I think maybe a human has most recently responded to me via email, named Angelica, asking for my basic information which I have repetitively provided. I wonder how long they will keep this up till my credit score is in jeopardy. I will NOT pay these fraudulent charges, and I want to pay off this card that is now useless to me. And the longer this goes, the more I have to pay in interest charges. It is a waste of time and a definite drag on my credit profile, since I only had the card about four months before I had to shut it down. There really is NO customer service to speak of, since 90% of my interaction has been with useless AI bots. I have had one third world phone call...a pleasant enough individual who was powerless to help me and just used that meaningless "escalation" word. And then maybe a human email rep named Angelica. Credit card consumer beware. There are so many better cards to use. I would sooner have no credit card than a Tilt Card. I will be so happy to put this behind me. Others have complained about this same type of business behavior...to the tune of hundreds...just check out the BBB site. That's why I am suspicious of all these five star reviews. Many of them are posted on the same day in August. Trustpilot, really check out their veracity. I find it hard to believe, seriously.
