I have a credit card with Tilt for only two months. I never used the credit card, then one day I noticed two charges that I was not familiar with. I tried to chat with them, but the two transactions were not showing up in the chat system; it kept telling me they weren't there. They kept asking me whether it was showing as processing, and if it was, I had to wait for it to post before opening a dispute. I told them it posted in the app, but they didn’t see it in the chat communications. I didn’t wait any longer, so I reported the lost or stolen credit card to prevent any further fraudulent transactions. They gave me a provisional credit for weeks, but I never used it. Now they are telling me that they have completed their investigation into the dispute you received on 07/24/2026. We have determined that no error has occurred. They have come to this conclusion because: Based on the information you provided and our research into your dispute, we have determined that the disputed activity was completed by an authorized user of the account and is not considered unauthorized. WOW! “I DON’T HAVE ANY AUTHORIZED USERS ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WITH THEM”
