No Retrieval of Records Past History
Program is Great! The records get deleted way too quickly. Even so called archives get deleted! So parents make sure you stay update with each lesson make screenshots of recorded scores often. Don't rely on technology, cloud or AI, please! For Heavens Sake, we are paying customers, please don't delete work in 30 days. It would be nice if the generated report usage could be emailed regularly just as a back up record keeping method. I might be spoiled from using other platforms that email you updates on your children progress or work along with accessing it yourself. Other than that, the program is great.

Time4Learning provides detailed reporting that makes portfolios and transcripts easy and convenient to maintain. The progress reports may be accessed any time in the parent dashboard. Parents typically login on a daily or weekly basis to generate reports, and may save or print reports. Reports are never deleted as long as the account is not canceled. Parents are prompted to print/save student reports when cancelling an account. Since we're not a school, we do not store student records. However, we do provide parents with the option to place their accounts on Hold/Dormant to store student records and progress. We provide tutorial videos that show how to generate reports and monitor progress, but our team of support representatives are happy to assist and guide our families on how to access reports or navigate their parent and student dashboards.
