They were able to set me up with someone who could deal with half of the problem; however, Capital Vacation does not deal with a third party consequently, I had to deal with Capital Vacation myself and after considerable expense I am waiting to receive my surrender papers, which I assume, will cancel my contract with Capital Vacations. My advise to anyone who is approached by Capital Vacations is "not to walk away, but to run away as fast as you can".

What an awesome experience. I was so reluctant to use anyone due to the many scams associated with timeshare sales. Most want money up front and never come through on your expectations.
