What a great product kept me informed right from the start had a problem with the delivery company one battery got lost but they helped me all the way and sent me a replacement brilliant after sales girl Stella a million dollars woud recomend to buy from this company
Very responsive customer service. Stella was very helpful.
I have purchased two quite powerful batteries from you to combat the blackouts caused by the Muscovite attack on our country. But I had problems with payment and shipping the goods to Ukraine due to the nuances of martial law. And then your manager Miranda came to my aid, showing great professionalism, perseverance and just human sensitivity. She quickly found a way to fix the problem and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed. And then she patiently advised me step by step. As a result, I have already received the product I needed. I'm happy for your company because it has such professionals as Miranda. Thank you for your cooperation.
Very good battery, everything works fine. Fast delivery and very good contact with the seller. I recommend!
