Product took 2 months to receive. Finally got it. Squished flat in a packing envelope. Product does not look like the pictures on line. Extremely poor quality. Customer support is slow to respond and doesn't know much once they do.
I finally got the hat delivered at its smashed. Will not form like the hat you advertised. The hat was delivered in a plastic bag not in a box. You need to do a better job protecting the hat for other customers.
I ordered bad day to be a beer cowboy hat. Arrived in a tiny plastic bag folded up like a pair of socks. If u really try u can form it into a ugly somewhat of a cowboy hat. Its more like a cheap bucket hat. Does not come with snapback fitting like website says. The picture on website is not same hat. Its false advertising. Dealing with customer service is a joke. They offered me 3 dollars usd. When it cost 55 usd. Ive gotten way better quality hats for free when buying a box of beer. Id never ever buy from this company again. Total scammers. If i could give zero stars i would.
