Definitely much room for improvement
Competitive prices on some offerings but not the best customer service plus their point system doesn't allow me to actually use all my points unless I spread it out throughout multiple separate orders even after getting in touch with their representatives, that and other instances of issues with orders and delays is why I have opted for other options nowadays.

SLOW Shipping
It was 18 days between placing the order and recieving shipping notice. However, we are at day 19 and the shipment is still not in the hands of Fedex. If you really need something give yourself a solid month.

They shipped me the wrong whiskey
They shipped me the wrong whiskey. When I brought it to their attention they said they were out of the item I ordered and offered a $25 credit. the difference in cost was $47 in there favor so I elected to return the items to them. when I asked for a shipping label for the return they stopped communicating with me. I've sent multiple emails to them with no response. i would not recommend them.
Not perfect but acceptable
This order went well. I'm new to buying liquor online. The bottom line is this. What I want to drink isn't sold at the local liquor store. Tixpy is of great service to me. As it stands, this is a secure service. I gave less than five stars as I prefer the shipment be made in a timely manner. This did not happen. I want same day service. Next day service as a minimum.

Tipxy's alright
I had a good experience with Tipxy. I was able to procure a rare item that wasn't available anywhere else. It took eight days to receive the item via FedEx to the west coast of the U.S. A little bit concerning was the lack of tracking info, but it didn't really matter in the end. I give Tipxy a thumbs up.

Everything is perfect including how the liquor was packaged. Delivery time was a little over 2 weeks! Better have them delivered early. Pricing the best!
Not what I ordered
Bottles I received were not what I was trying to order. I wanted the regular Double Oak, and I got the tequila finished instead. Not the flavor profile I wanted and its not my favorite.
