Do not buy things from this company, they have sen't me a defected product and now are trying for me to pay for new pieces, there is also no means of communicating besides sending an email and waiting days for a response.
We ordered a Half Rack last year. Really very robust material, easy to put together, and looking cool. We had a little hiccup when we picked up the materials as the packaging (and the Rack) were a little damaged but that was taken well care of and compensated by the company. Recently we ordered a DUAL ADJUSTABLE PULLEY 820 DP, which I think is very competitively priced given its robustness and quality. We again faced some issues with the delivery, but once again, that was all nicely addressed and professionally resolved by the company. While these issues should not happen, I truly think this team (well done Paula!) does everything they can to resolve the problems in a quick and friendly way. Communication was always fast and accurate, and the quality of the products largely outweighs the little hiccups with the delivery process. Next time, I would definitely order at Titaniumstrength again!
we ordered the Titanium Strength Black Series B200 V2 With 200kg Weight Stack on the 22nd january 2023 and we still do not have it. excuse after excuse so we have now lodged a complaint with our credit card to get our money back as they have ignored attempts to get a refund too. stay away from this company
Order on the 29th of July. On the website it say 5 to 10 business days took them 2 months to get it out to me. When I got it was damaged and not only that it was missing half the stuff. Which I had to wait an additional 2 months for. I had to wait over 4 months and they gave me £80 compensation. There customer service is possible the useless thing I have ever experienced in my life. They don't pick they tell you soon instead of a date and they straight up lie. All they do is blame something else but don't know how this is my fault or my problem. Spoke to there manager Alex completely useless and rude.
After ordering, I eagerly awaited the arrival of the Titanium Strength TM BLACKED EDITION TF9 ABDUCTOR - ADDUCTOR / Inner Outer. I was exceedingly titillated at the quite remarkable prospect of being able to invigorate both the inner and outer regions of my legs. Needless to say I was exasperated, after waiting a great many months for its arrival without the slightest indication that it was even transmitted my way. UNACCEPTABLE I proclaim, even if one puts aside the considerable wait, Alex's abhorrent pugnacious belligerent ego masquerading for a soul, is repugnant enough to ensure that even the most judicious amoungus will find his mere presence insufferable, and will be justly filled with indignation. I WILL ACQUIESCE NO MORE, the only reason I don't give this "company" 1 star is due to the alluring female operating the telephone line. GOOD DAY AND GOOD RIDDANCE.
bouwt a squarter RacK and like it broek after 2 to 3 busisinues days pretty poor servivce overall and female on phone chicken kried rice. also alex is very disrepectful and says bad and mean things. i know my englash is poor but im not.

Where to begin with this company... The worst customer service. - Item arrived missing parts. Not a rare issue it would seem from the other reviews. They use a company called Dascher who are useless. - contacted them on the day of delivery to notify them of this. Despite this the missing part took them over a week to send. It took them 3 days just to do a stock check to see if they were in stock (after I was told it had been processed already?). Just constant delay after delay. At no point was it considered anything near a priority - even to keep me in the loop. Considering the item was a high value item you'd think they'd be more helpful. The staff I spoke to would be really hard to get a straight answer from. At one point I asked for the price of the missing items and was told the dimensions. Just constant either ignoring or giving random dates that would come and go with no word. Every time i got a response it was after me chasing. They absolutely did not care. - Asked for tracking information the following week when they eventually said it had been sent. Ignored. Received tracking another week later after chasing them over and over again. 2 weeks after I had first contacted them about it. Tracking information provided was a screenshot of their backend system in spanish, no way to know what the actual code was or where to enter it. Asked them who the delivery company was, ignored again. - I was told the missing parts delivery would be 5-6 days. It ended up taking nearly 3 weeks. My emails asking for a refund were ignored. When I eventually found out the item was stuck at customs (through my own figuring out), I was told the sender had not included any forms of documentation that it needed to to get it through customs. Not only this, but they had entered the wrong post code and wrong phone number. The whole process took around a month from me realising there was missing parts, until i actually received the parts. Initial delivery itself was a month also, so we're talking 2 months+ to receive the item in its entirety. Now i have received the missing parts, they are absolutely battered and not in a good condition. But having to deal with their customer service again I have decided to just suck it up and deal with it. Honestly, if you're looking to buy gym equipment in the UK go with Mirafit or Strength Shop, I ordered items from these companies and had absolutely no issues and very good customer service. Titanium Strength use a third party who stock the items, which just causes huge delays (they are also useless) and their customer service couldn't arrange a p*** up in a brewery.
I ordered a tread mill during the pandemicbut neither did I receive the tread mill nor did I get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!!!!
Ordered a cable machine to the UK, Customer service was 5* for me, I called them and they answered right away and helped me with my enquiry, they kept me informed about my order and I was kept up to date with my delivery with tracking too. The machine itself is solid and very good quality, feels incredibly solid and sturdy, very easy to put together with most of the screws and bolts already in the right place so it just needs connecting up and tightening up. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Please think very carefully before ordering from this company. You may well regret your decision if you do. I ordered a multi gym back in early November 2020 and was promised delivery before Xmas, of course that didn't happen. When it eventually arrived in January 2021 the equipment seemed fine and we paid the additional amount to get it set up. When it was delivered part of the equipment that was shown on the website failed to materialise and Titanium just said it was not part of the deal. Seemed strange to me. We then had an issue with the rowing arm where the cable that allows it to manoeuvre became detached. I asked Titanium on numerous occasions to come and fix/ replace the part, which they promised to do but never did. I took action via Paypal to get a refund and have had confirmation today that will happen. The equipment seemed fine, although I believe its just a badged 'Revolution' multi gym, not made by Titanium. They are a Spanish company and it has proven extremely difficult to get them to respond as you would expect.
