15 days since I ordered and all I'm told is to be patient even though the tracking stopped working within a couple days of it being shipped. They refuse to help or refund.

I have ordered from Tobacco General for a few years and have always been pleased with the online ordering and delivery. However, my recent order arrived in a damaged box and 5 boxes of tubes were crushed. I contacted TG and within a couple of hours, I received a response with a sincere apology and asking if I wanted a refund for the damaged products or a replacement. I responded asking for a replacement and have been informed the shipment would be sent to me with expedited processing. I have been very happy with the quick and very kind responses I've received with my unfortunate situation. It warms my heart to know there are still wonderful customer service companies that really care about their customers! Thank you TG!! You guys are amazing!!
very easy to order. I did have a glitch during delivery and I reached out to the company for help. Within an hour they wrote back to me and had solved the issue. My package arrived on time and in excellent condition.
