I’ve been ordering from them for quite a while. But I will never order from them again. They keep telling me my order shipped, but yet have not provided a tracking number and then told me that they’re using a different shipper. Never told me who and I am waiting Nine days for my order to arrive. I’ve asked them for a refund and they keep blowing me off. I don’t suggest anyone else does they need to be shut down and put out a business? Their customer service is terrible.
Prices has gone to far
Prices has gone to far. Sorry to say. I'm going to my local distributor to get a better deal. The people can't afford the asking price. I know I'm not the only one.

unfortunately, we do not have control over pricing. our vendors sell the product to us at a higher rate because the manufacturer has increased theirs. we cannot maintain our business and sell at the same price forever. the prices are still the cheapest anywhere else online. its possible other online retailers still have old stock and that is why their prices may appear cheap. We cycle through product pretty quickly so prices tend to effect us a lot sooner.
Delivery Issue Resolved!
I had a issue with the Post Office. Tracking showed the package was in Indy and not moving. I kept waiting to see if it would move, but when it did not I finally contacted Tobacco General to see if I could get help. They checked on it and the package was found and delivered the next day! Fantastic customer service!
Went to deliver at a different address…
Went to deliver at a different address billing address stayed the same but when I confirm the billing address automatically put it on my town and then I tried to get it changed through your phone system which was almost impossible until I got on the computer and got on the chat line and then I got it situated it all came out all right
Mistakes happen
I love this company. I've used them many times after a friend told me about them. I've always gotten my complete order in a timely manner. With my latest order I mistakenly ordered the wrong size tubes. It was after hours plus a weekend. I called and left a message and also emailed them about my mistake. They got back to me Monday and let me know they fixed my mistake (before my order was shipped). There was also a difference in cost which I promptly got refunded.

I have used several online tobacco sites But you are the only one that I feel like I am shopping at a physically location and pick out what I want and have it delivered when I pay and go to lok at receipt its like I just left the store and was waiting for my product to be delivered the ordering process is simple if you for get something they attempt to get it in the also the shipping is awesome I use the usps as they always knock and wait for me to answer before leaving. Shipment there is 3 different options and I have used all three they are all as good as the outher I forgot about product I have gotten the best tobacco always fresh and same flavor and cut also the best price the paper tube's are constantly straight recived a bent carton and after a phone call they sent me a new one right away i thoughtfgu

Extremely easy and cheaper then any other way, and extremely happy with a tobacco and tubes to me they are no different than American spirits menthol or not Sherman menthol because they do not make me cough like a Marlboro does much better extremely happier

I have bought from this company for awhile now never ever any issues-this last time had an issue but it was the delivery system-I reached out to the company even though the fault did NOT lay with them and they went above and beyond and stayed in constant communication with me and had the matter resolved within the day! Kudos the customer service reps that helped!

Unbelievably fast response
Unbelievably fast response and resolution. I emailed them about ordering the wrong size tubes and received an email back within about 10 minutes that they had made the correction for me. I have *never* had customer service as fast as this.
