This is the best price site for Japanese knives in the US. The level of professionalism speaks for itself. The shipping is very well priced and even faster. This is a gem that I feel conflicted spreading the word about, since it’ll lead to more competition in knife buying for me
Received product exactly as website advertised within reasonable timeframe.
Fast and simple checkout, knife shipped the next day, and I received it two days later. The shipping box was smashed on one corner, but there was enough space & padding inside that the knife's box and knife were fine. So, packed well, and received in good condition - beautiful and razor sharp. Would order from them again.
Great knife and good customer service. Thank you!
This product is of exceptional quality, and the customer service provided is truly remarkable. In my opinion, exceptional customer service is the most crucial aspect of any purchase.
We had an issue with UPS destroying the knife we purchased. We called Tokushu and immediately got working on another and had it shipped quickly. Anthony and Logan are always a pleasure to work with.
Excellent shipping time and products as well. My new Yu Kurosaki Senko Ei SG2 Petty was well wrapped and protected and it arrived right on time. The additional care and maintenance instructions that came with the knife was a nice touch. Well done Tokushu!
Love my new knife, delivery was quick and owner was quick to respond to questions.
From the beginning, these guys stepped up, and stepped in, when I was in a bind. I’m very impressed, and super appreciative. They have my highest recommendation. Their work and customer service is outstanding. Five stars for sure.
Shipped very quickly, arrived perfectly packaged and received a great knife without any flaws. Also was expertly sharpened via their service add-on.
Fast and speedy delivery at the price that beat Amazon. I will be definitely back in the future for all my knife purchases.
Fast customer service. Nice Value DoaVua Thailand 52100 knives. Great wood on the handles.
Justin, I am really sorry we sent the wrong knife, and understand the frustration. Although we make mistakes, we are relentless in making things right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can get you the correct knife.
Customer service was grate. Shipping was fast and the knife is beautiful. I look forward to doing business with these guys again in the future
Above and beyond. Great communication , look forward to my next purchase!
Great support during the choice of the knife, no problems during the international shipment. Very reliable shop, highly recommended.
Very prompt feedback regarding shipping and fast shipping. Website is great to learn too, aiding to choose the ideal blade. Knife was bigger than expected and all that square blade makes it a heavy knife to handle with just wrist muscles, and does require some getting used to. Then again, it’s quite obvious from pictures it’s not a normal knife! Id definitely recommend this site to anybody interested in japanese knives.
This is my first Japanese knife, and it is amazing! Just looking at it, it is truly a work of art! Incredibly sharp right out of the box. And I can’t believe that it is available at this price! What a great deal for a knife of this quality! I’m already trying to decide which knife I’m going to get next.
I couldn't wait to try this knife out after receiving it. It's well-balanced, and I was surprised by its sharpness. It's definitely worth it.
Amazing customer service. Really went above and beyond.
