Great customer service, found items there that were useful. I wish they had more variety of selections of bags and ones with the wheels. Not sure why they have such low ratings, the items were reasonably priced and the people that worked there were great. I shopped there for Father's Day and bought my dad a gun cleaning kit and one of the firing range tools. A+++
Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

Tombstone has always been great for me to deal with. Online stock is actually in stock and shipping is lightning fast.
It pretty good in theory but available stock is not updated enough. There should be a way to search only available items. It also sucks to go through page after page of sold out items. It would be nice to be able to purchase or order out of stock or sold out items to be notified when back in stock for pick up.

I ordered a CZ 457 from Tombstone Tactical on Dec 08, and even though their website indicated that it was in stock, processed the order and quickly debited my account, turns out they were out of stock. They had to reorder it from a distributor, which was eventually received and sent it out via FedEX on Dec 28, it was finally delivered to the FFL on Jan 04. So, all in all i would say that it was a bad experience for me, mainly because this was a Christmas gift. I will say that their support staff was very pleasant and helpful each time we called regarding this order, hence the 2 stars. Moving forward, I doubt I will be doing business with them again.
