I just spent $1,900 at tombstone…
I just spent $1,900 at tombstone tactical. I bought a Thompson SMG, and a 45-1911. I ordered the 1911 on the second of June. And here we are 13 days later, 11 business days and I still haven't got anything to say it's been received or shipped up from tombstone tactical. It's because they don't have shit in their warehouse guys. They're ordering from suppliers. It took two weeks to get the Thompson, and they use FedEx, which even sucks worse. Don't buy from these guys it'll take you 2 to 3 weeks before your firearm will be shipped out. It's like they're a catalog store. Buyer beware

I ordered a Kimber Micro 380 on…
I ordered a Kimber Micro 380 on 1/27/25. Due to some serious miscommunication, because the distribution centers were all snowed in, I'm going to my LGS to pick it up. I don't understand how they can show a pistol to be in stock when they have to order it from somewhere else. This just doesn't make sense to me. Now once the pistol was shipped everything went very fast. It was shipped 2 days with fed x and arrived last Friday. That part of the experience was great. I've always thought this was a very good online business, and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Tombstone Tactical gets ZERO stars
Tombstone Tactical, Phoenix, AZ
In October, I bought a $500-gun from Tombstone Tactical. The sale went smoothly and I was happy with my purchase. I had signed up for a Handgun 1 class at a local training center and waited over a month for my 4-hour class before using the gun. During my class, I found that the gun jammed after every round. My teacher took it apart and said it was filthy inside from old oil hardening after it had sat in a warehouse for a long time. She advised me to return it to Tombstone, which I did as soon as I left class.
The clerk looked at the gun for a while and eventually took it to a back room for about a half hour. He returned it to me, telling me he had tried to clean it but it was “really dirty.” He said he didn’t know if it would work but advised me to “Take it back to the range and try again. If it jams again, bring it back.”
I explained that I had paid over $500 for this gun which didn’t even work, and I wasn’t going to book a date with six friends and go to the range only to have a broken gun, have to rent one, and be forced to drive all the way back to Tombstone on another day to do what should have been done today. The store is in another city from where I live.
He leaned back on the counter and said, “Well, do you want to use the warranty?” which I had wisely purchased. “Of course,” I said, “If that is the only way to take care of this today.” He used his computer to process my warranty claim. I asked when would I get a new gun, and he replied, “I have no idea. Whenever they get to it, I guess.” He was rude and dismissive the whole time, as soon as he learned I was not there to purchase a gun.
It’s been a month, and I have heard nothing from the warranty company. This is not a major issue, but I cannot recommend Tombstone Tactical as a reliable source for firearms. The other customers were more friendly to me when I bought the gun than the staff had been, and the clerks were quite rude when I came to ask them to help with a brand new gun they had sold me that did not work. This store gets ZERO out of five stars from me.

Bought a mag from tombstone its a magpul for a ar10. Thought it was weird it didnt come with a dust cove and after getting home I noticed the package has been opened and taped very nicely back together. Looking at the mag in the sun still in package it looks like someone loaded rounds in the mag. Called there phone # and they dont have a way to get a hold of the store by phone only email. For how much I spent there this will be my last time going back if they can have a call center why cant they pay someone in-store to take calls. I'll see if I can add pictures

I bought a gun before on the phone before and the woman helped me out. Just recently I wanted to buy a rifle, so I called and I was told they do not do anything on the phone. That it was all on- line now. I wanted someone to help me, because I am not that good with on- line shopping. I was told that they couldn’t help me, because it was all on-line. I thought that was stupid that someone couldn’t help me. So I went somewhere else and they were more than happy to help me. I am done with tombstone tack.

Garbage Company
Garbage Company. They do not manage their web site properly. I bought a $3000 rifle that was in stock. Next day they cancelled the order without explanation and sent a message that said takes up to 5 days to get your money back and if it doesn't show up then you need to call your bank. That's unacceptable. You are taking a chance if you give these people your hard-earned money. They do do a great job at taking your money, so 1 star. Great job losers
Tombstone Tactical is a conglomerate of snakes seeking to entrap the unsuspecting. I called them four times on July 18, 2025 regarding the purchase of a specific firearm. The price was set at $1562.19 inclusive of shipping. I asked how many they had and Al said several. I said two and Al said more that two. I said I would call back Monday to purchase. Al said that’s fine. As calling this day, 7-21-25 Al said they did not have any more at the lower price , “only at the higher price”. All our calls are logged and recorded and we can corroborate every word verbatim. We will never conduct business with Tombstone Tactical ever again. We would strongly advise any looking to purchase firearms to seek another distributor.

One more time
One more time. This is the second time tombstone tactical has taken my money only to tell me "oh sorry we f'd up. We don't have the item. They sent me an email telling me item was back in stock Within 30 minutes I ordered the gun, they took my money, and sent me an order confirmation. So stupid me I ordered a new holster and a new grip, Now I'm out $175 because Tstone can't tell the truth. They were probably sold out before they even sent me the email. I really like to support local places,but how can I continue to have their back when they keep stabbing me in mine
Tombstone Tactical is the only gun store in the valley I don't like, in fact they're one of my least favorite businesses to deal with in general. The fact that they charge $50 for firearm transfers when so many other place do it for $20 is the icing on the cake to never do businesses with these lazy, misinformed cretins.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered a gun online because it was listed as in stock. I had't heard anything from them after my order so I emailed. I never received a response. Today, nearly a week after the purchase, I called. I was told the item really wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from their distributor, and when they get it they'll ship it to my ffl. I asked to have my order cancelled, which they said they could do, but they're going to charge me a restocking fee for an item that isn't really even in stock as the website states. Thanks for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers! I'm done with Tombstone Tactical
