Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wonderful product quality, noting that the wooden pieces are exceptionally sturdy and fit together snugly without any loose parts. People also value the very clear instructions and the impressively fast delivery service that consistently gets packages delivered safely to their doors in a timely manner. Some reviewers were not happy with order fulfillment issues, such as missing items from packages or unexpected difficulties obtaining refunds. A few consumers additionally mentioned occasional assembly challenges when working with specific moving mechanisms like automated music boxes.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I absolutely love their items. I just got the candy one, star one, monster carnival, the flower shop and others I cant think of all the names. They always come in excellent condition. I will continue buying. Gotta get the new one coming out.
Absolutely love these kits. They are well made and the final result is awesome. They take patience and time, but they are so worth it.
Tonecheer has me cheering like I just found the last puzzle piece under the couch. Their 3D puzzles blend brain teaser and hands-on model building—just tricky enough to make your eyebrows meet, yet so satisfying when the final gear clicks that you consider a tiny victory parade. And the customer support? Stellar. If a piece snaps, vanishes, or gets adopted by the vacuum, they’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost. These construction kits double as stress relief: assemble, breathe, forget emails exist, and watch the daily grind quietly retire.
I bought a model and completely fell in love with the entire experience. Would totally recommended purchasing from tonecheer if you're a fan of wooden booknooks and wooden models to assemble.
I have bought several high quality kits from Tonecheer. Very impressed with this company and their beautiful book nooks
Awful kit. I have done numerous kits previously from other companies but this was awful. Hard to fit together and then when it was assembled, a music box, it wouldn't rotate. Asked for refund, replacement and no help. Sent videos as requested of proof it doesn't turn. Have dismantled and reassembled.. no joy. Still awaiting some reason able customer service offer of resolution. Give this company a miss, so many better ones who value their customers out there.
Hello, dear friend. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. Due to the time difference and the weekend, our customer service team was unable to respond to you in a timely manner, and I sincerely apologize for that. We have already contacted the relevant customer service representative to handle your matter. Please check your email for the latest update; I’m confident she will be able to help resolve the issue you’re facing. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
One of the most beautiful and sturdy miniatures I have ordered from. My first 3 sets of miniatures are all from Tonecheer. The wood pieces are sturdy and easy to assemble. I had other miniatures from other companies where I found the wood piece are more flimsy and easy to break. In addition, Tonecheer includes a very clear instruction teaching how you should pre-test the mechanical or electrical parts before you begin to build, which saves a lot of time vs. my other set didn’t let me test until I finished building and found out the LED light not working.
Tonecheer products are good quality, beautiful- and always promptly shipped!
Tonecheer is a BookNook and wooden 3d puzzle manufacturer & designer that does high quality unique designs. They have a slightly cartoony take on their designs that aims for a theme without trying to be photorealistic. It works wonderfully for the media. Their kits are well packaged, well designed and well instructions and take into consideration that the builder may not be advanced so offers many tips during the build. They are one of my favorite companies.
Just completed the Transmission Galaxy model and enjoyed the whole experience. The Tonecheer quality is excellent…parts are clear, precise and fit perfectly. Instruction manual was very clear and well detailed.
Superb kits. Excellent materials and very clear instructions. Look amazing when built. My favourite brand so far.
I have just completed the Tonecheer Ice Rink and the European Infinity Train Cabin...The kits are amazing ….quick delivery…..quality pieces…. Easy and clear instructions. The end result absolutely beautiful.
I'm very pleased with my orders from the Tonecheer website. All three have arrived in good condition and were delivered in a reasonable time frame. I was also able to easily track my packages. I have several Tonecheer book nooks that I have not yet started. I find they have a good selection of book nooks to choose from and they are a very good quality item. I look forward to finish the ones I have and ordering more.
Best wooden puzzle product I've experienced! Beaufitul and pieces fit together really well.
I have now bought 3 of their booknooks and the quality is amazing and consistent. I love all of the choices and designs.
Kits are well made. And fun to put together. Clear instructions. Very cute kits
Tonecheer continue to impress me not just with their products, but with how they engage with their customers. The quality of their kits has always been excellent in my experience—well-designed, enjoyable to build, and finished results that genuinely look the part. What really stands out, though, is their effort to give something back to the community. Offering loyal customers early access to new products, along with a potential discount, shows they value the people who support them. It’s a nice touch and not something every company bothers with. The whole process—from browsing to delivery—has been smooth and reliable, and their communication is clear and helpful throughout. It’s refreshing to deal with a brand that feels both professional and appreciative of its customers. Definitely a company I’m happy to recommend and continue buying from 👍 Now to track my latest two purchases from them.
Great products. Quality parts and so fun to build.
