The product is incredible
The product is incredible, I was looking for a gift but couldn't find anything of the right theme, style, quality and with shipping to my country on time, until I found tonecheer. Both of the sets I bought were very well received, if you are also going to gift it I recommend you add the glue and some batteries

Great therapy!
At 76, the Tonecheer projects challenge me physically and mentally. They include problem solving and ingenuity. Putting the last piece(s) brings much joy and sense of accomplishment. Wonderful therapy for me!!!
Beautiful products, replacement parts not free
Beautiful products, but beware replacement parts can be charged, unlike most other wooden puzzles companies I've purchased from
The products are incomparable
The products are incomparable: beautiful models, the pieces fit perfectly, instructions are clear, and the package came fairly quickly with continual tracking provided. Very easy transaction.
Perfect!
Consistently the best-made and most satisfying book nooks out there! Every piece fits so snugly, and the directions are super clear. Different size tabs make it almost impossible to accidently mis-orient a piece. Very pretty and clever designs.

I bought the ship with the dragons and absolutely love it! Shipping was great! None of the pieces broke and I like how there are extras of some of the parts. Getting ready to buy another one
The quality of items is great but…
The quality of items is great, and I enjoy doing them. My issue is about customer service. I made a duplicate order accidentally and tonecheer will not refund me. I placed a charge back with my bank, they still refused my refund until I cancelled the charge back. My bank stated not to cancel charge back in case they don’t refund me, which is what they are doing. I bought a lot from them and they won’t refund me what I’m entitled to. Very disappointed . Seems to me they want to wipe out chargeback to make themselves look good. I will not recommend them for their customer service once they have your money
Best HP Book Nook Ever
I had two bad experiences with Harry Potter book nooks from a different supplier and spent more than 220 dollars with a different provider. Both broke to a point where I had to throw them away. But Tonecheer's Harry Potter book nook restored my faith and passion on making book nooks. Top notch quality, its instruction is super clear, artwork is detailed, the entire build process has been so therapeutic and satisfying. If you are a Harry Potter fan and a book nook hobbyist, I definitely recommend this product.
so very good
Amazing Amazing Amazing
Oh my, where to start. Such a fantastic quality builds! No loose parts, everything fits beautifully and the designs are so unique and absolutely mesmerising in real life (the photos and videos don’t do them justice at all). I did two factories from them (Candy and Star), very long builds, but they’re like nothing else I’ve build before. The finished pieces are so sturdy, even my daughter can play with them. I will be returning frequently!
