Everything doesn't work. I finally called customer support at Cannon. They determined that it is a toner cartridge problem. They actually sent me new cartridges, and it fixed my printing. However, I had to throw out the cartridges from you. I have no spare cartridges. They thought it was from a defective batch. Could you please replace the cartridges that I bought from you?
Happy you have toner for our older model printer that we are not ready to part with yet. Quick service, thank you!
Mainly the assistance of Jody and the reliability of the cartridges,
Timely delivery, emailed invoice, quality product!
Tonerprice.com has quality products at competitive prices. I couldn't believe that they were cheaper than Amazon even with my Prime membership that offers free shipping. Jody and Kirsten work as a team. Their customer service is second to none! Thank you Jody for making my online shopping a wonderful experience. Tonerprice.com is my new 'go to' place to purchase my printing needs!! With Much Appreciation, Edith

Everything. Great value and customer service. I had some technical issues and they were very helpful.
A fast delivery and everything seems to work

Good. Keep sending good products.
Ordering was easy and quick and shipping was great. We will order again when needed.
Friendly and helpful Reps and always delivery is fast on the toners.
My HP is printing well and colors are fine for office use. The price for all colors and black were excellent compared to HP prices. Product arrived on time and installed easily
Easy to order, excellent pricing. Now only time will tell if performance is as advertised.
I have an older copier but to my surprise you had a replacement toner cartridge at a very affordable price and were able to get it to me quickly. I was being pressured by upper management to get a replacement in 3 days or face repercussions. You got it to me in less time than that and saved me from further problems.
Good price & Prefect
