Excellent service. Jody was a lot of help with my HP printer issues with cartridges' issues. with follow up on better understanding how HP is NOT very customer friendly and found sites for me to muck my way through sites to help me resolve problems with HP. After finely giving up on being able to save a printer that was still in top condition but no longer working because of HP lack of help. Suggested printers that were more compatible with after market cartridge's.

Resolved printing issues with Brother MFC-9460CDN printer
After printing issues (smudging, vertical lines on page edges etc.) with my aging Brother MFC-9460CDN laser printer I decided to replace all 4 toner cartridges. This would have cost over $400 for OEM, so I went with TonerPrice for under $70. Fortunately, this corrected my issue and avoided the need to replace the printer. Fast delivery, great price, and zero issues installing.

I've had bad experiences with "compatible" toner over the years purchased from various vendors. Very few resources online sell OEM toner. I replaced my printer, and decided to use only OEM toner. TonerPrice had exactly what I needed and I received my shipment in 2 days! Will purchase again.
